In this interactive workshop, managers will explore what sets high-performing teams apart and how to apply those principles in their own BYU work environments. Participants will learn how to create alignment around purpose, strengthen trust, and foster open, honest dialogue that leads to better decisions and stronger outcomes.

Through discussion, activities, and real-world scenarios, managers will examine the role they play in enabling their teams’ success.
