To sign-up for these workshops, please reach out to greg_danklef@byu.edu expressing interest. You will be added to an email list to register for the class. The sign-up emails will be sent about 3 weeks before each workshop, and registration will be on a first-come first-serve basis.
If you are interested in any of these courses for your team or department, please reach out to talent-development@byu.edu to ask about available options. Please note that some courses have associated fees.
Don’t see a workshop you are interested in taking? Let us know what training you would like to take. You can contact talent-development@byu.edu or contact Greg Danklef directly.
These workshops can also be done for specific departments on demand. If you would like to do a workshop (like Crucial Conversations or Multipliers, etc.) in your department, we can arrange it. For some of the workshops, your department would need to cover the cost of the materials, but you could determine the size of the group and timing, which are both flexible. Talk to us for a consultation on your department or team’s training needs.
